This policy explains when tickets bought on swarapaana.in are refunded and how. It is part of our Terms and Conditions.
1. If you cannot come
Tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded once booked. You can give your ticket to someone else instead: forward them the ticket link and they can use it at the gate.
2. If we cancel an event
You get a full refund, including any fee, to the payment method you used. We start the refund within 7 working days of announcing the cancellation. You do not need to ask for it.
3. If we postpone an event
Your ticket stays valid for the new date. If you cannot make the new date, write to us within 7 days of the announcement with your booking reference, and we will refund you in full.
4. Changes that do not lead to a refund
Changes to the line-up, running order, timings or seating, a change of venue within the same city, and refusal of entry or removal for unruly behaviour do not make a ticket refundable.
5. Payment problems
- Money taken but no ticket: if your account was charged and the booking did not complete, the amount is returned to you automatically, usually within 5 to 7 working days. If it is not, write to us with the Razorpay payment ID from your bank or UPI app.
- Charged twice: write to us with both payment IDs and we will refund the duplicate.
6. How long a refund takes
Once we start a refund, Razorpay sends it to your original payment method. Your bank usually shows it within 5 to 7 working days. We cannot pay refunds in cash or to a different account.
7. Free tickets
Free tickets have nothing to refund. If you cannot come, let us know so someone else can have your place.
8. How to ask
Message us with your booking reference, which starts with SWP and is shown on your ticket.
