These terms apply when you use swarapaana.in or book a ticket to a Swarapaana event. Swarapaana is a community sing-along run by Sagar Simha from Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Swarapaana, and “you” means the person using the site or booking. By booking a ticket you agree to these terms.
1. Booking a ticket
- Give a correct name and mobile number when you book. We use them to send your ticket and to reach you if anything about the event changes.
- Prices are in Indian rupees and are shown before you pay, including any fee. A booking is confirmed only when the payment succeeds and you see your ticket.
- Seats are held for a short time while you pay. If the payment is not completed in that time, the seats are released.
- Each event may limit how many tickets one order can have. Discount codes are valid only for the events, dates and quantities they were issued for, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
2. Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay, a payment gateway regulated in India. Your card, UPI or bank details go directly to Razorpay. We never see or store them. If a payment fails or you are charged without receiving a ticket, see the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
3. Your ticket
- Your ticket is an e-ticket with a QR code, delivered as described in the Shipping and Delivery Policy.
- Each seat on a ticket admits one person once. Whoever shows the ticket first is admitted, so keep the link private.
- You may give your ticket to someone else by forwarding the link. Tickets must not be resold for more than the price paid.
4. At the event
- Rights of admission are reserved. Entry is subject to security checks at the gate.
- We may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone behaving in an unruly or unsafe way, without a refund.
- The line-up, timings and seating plan may change without prior notice.
- Alcohol, smoking and outside food are not permitted inside the venue unless the event page says otherwise.
- Look after your belongings. We are not responsible for personal items lost or damaged at the venue.
- Guests under 18 must attend with a parent or guardian, unless the event page says otherwise.
5. Photos and video
Swarapaana events are photographed and filmed. By attending, you agree that you may appear in photos and videos that we use on our website and social media. If you would like a photo of you removed, write to us and we will take it down.
6. Cancellations and changes
What happens to your money if you cannot come, or if we cancel or postpone an event, is set out in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
7. Content on this site
The text, photos, videos, logo and design on this site belong to Swarapaana or are used with permission. Do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
8. Our responsibility
We do our best to keep the site working and its information correct, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking.
9. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version on this page on the day you book applies to that booking.
